Carey's Supply Chain Strategies

In an era of supply chain disruptions, Carey’s stands ready to keep our
projects moving forward while avoiding delays wherever possible.
Here are the steps we are taking to shield our customers from the
impact of potential shortages and cost increases –

  • Parts and equipment - Carey's has invested over $500,000 in strategic inventory; we stock all parts that could become scarce so they are ready for use when project requirements dictate.  And, we have preferred customer status with  all of our critical suppliers.  This keeps Carey's at the top of the list if push comes to shove.

  • Vehicles - Carey's has purchased four brand new work vans, so we won't need to scramble for transportation.

  • Cash reserves - As a financially sound company with a strong balance sheet, Carey's has the wherewithal to meet our commitments, even in the face of unexpected cost increases.  We have a rainy day fund set aside for this purpose.

  • People - All Carey's operations are staffed by fulltime employees with full benefits.  We believe in promoting from within and rewarding staff loyalty, especially in this time of widespread labor shortages.

Carey’s is in it for the long haul. We’ve made a long-term
commitment to deliver quality Range Ventilation solutions that meet
and exceed the expectations of our customers, now and in years to
come.
